Individual, Family and Group Nutrition Consultations
Individual and Family- We will talk about what your particular nutrition needs and goals and make a plan specifically designed for you. This will involve behavior and activity modification as well as nutrition counseling. After an evaluation and assessment of your nutrition requirements we will create a plan just for you.
Group- Group meetings will be about living a healthy lifestyle. I welcome group participation and include a wide range of topics, some of which are:

- Holiday eating guidelines
